Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on products once payment has been accepted. If your product is damaged upon receiving in the mail, please contact us at raw@tilleratl.com

 

Missing Packages

Once delivery is confirmed for your package, we cannot send out an additional package if the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Please check for the missing package with the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us. 

 

Missing Items from Delivery

If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 business days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to accommodate you if we are not contacted within this time frame. Photos of the package will be required.

 

Domestic Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 48-72 business hours and shipped via DHL or First Class USPS (United States Postal Services). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is processed. Your package should arrive within 7-10 business days after processing has been completed.

Items listed/advertised as "Pre-Order" may take longer to ship. We typically set a one-week time frame for customers to "Pre- Order". There will be no shipping during that time frame. Once "Pre-Orders" have closed please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.

We ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
